Located at St. Andrew's Church (facing Taft St. - see map below), the Pennsylvania Ave. Interfaith Food Pantry's grand opening took place on Wednesday, September 16th, 2009 at 6 PM.

Financial donations can now go directly to:

The Pennsylvania Avenue Interfaith Food Pantry

rather than through the church.

As of January 2010, PAIFP is now an official 503(c)(1) tax-exempt organization.

The food pantry will be open on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday evenings of the month from 6 PM until 8 PM except for religious holidays.

We need assistance - on a regular basis - to unload deliveries, keep the shelves filled, and to staff the pantry during the hours we are open to the public.

If you can lend a hand, please contact Craig at 484-892-1589 or by e-mail: cupde1@rcn.com If you'd like to volunteer: print out, complete, and return the application form you can find here or at the bottom of this page.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed time, donations, and hard work during the past year as we've struggled to make the dream of this food pantry a reality.

We also could use additional donations of certain non-perishable food items.

If you are a member of another faith organization, please ask the members of your religious group to donate the products listed above. We can make this Lenten and Passover Season a little better for the people who use our pantry by providing these items.

Here are some examples:

Food Items Needed:

   (as of March 4, 2010)

 Thank you!
